Laughter Yoga is simple, effective and creates such a quick shift on our emotional state, behavior and brain function. When we laugh we receive benefits as a stress buster, immune system booster, emotional balancer, just to name a few. When we laugh the brain begins to secrete “feel good” hormones such as endorphins and neurotransmitters such as dopamines/serotonins, it affects our entire body and it happens rather quickly. There are many benefits! This is why I strongly and passionately feel ALL WORKPLACES NEED LAUGHTER YOGA! Seniors can benefit tremendously from this, too!
